Jaxon is the greatest! He got me in and out in a timely fashion and kept me well informed as to what my car needs so that I would be safe for my roadtrip. Such a knowledgeable and honest guy, now he’s the only one I trust to handle my ride. 10/10!

Austin was awesome! He got us in and was able to send us on our way without any trouble. He was honest and genuine I could really tell he cares about the company he works for. Thank you Austin for being available on a Sunday and coming to work when others don't want to work. Also thanks for the coffee! The waiting room was very nice.

I have been here twice for maintenance on my Mazda, and both experiences have been excellent. The staff is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful. Soren at the front desk was especially accommodating and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns, and he even gave me helpful advice about my vehicle. The technicians are also very knowledgeable. I needed my suspension repaired because my car was unsafe to drive, and they were able to get me in quickly. They completed the repair within a week and had my car back to me as soon as possible, fixed and ready to go. This shop is extremely thorough, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs repairs or routine maintenance for their vehicle!

I trusted this shop to maintain my vehicle and specifically requested recommended maintenance to keep it reliable. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. After servicing my vehicle, they failed to identify or properly address issues that ultimately resulted in catastrophic engine failure. When the vehicle was later inspected by another shop, I was informed the engine had severe sludge buildup, was low on oil, and contained metal shavings. I was then faced with replacing the engine at a cost of thousands of dollars. What has been most frustrating is the lack of accountability. As a customer, I relied on their expertise and paid for professional maintenance because I am not a mechanic. Had the necessary services been performed or I been properly informed of the vehicle’s condition, I believe this failure could have been avoided. They advertise over 100 point inspection however the car was in their care twice within six months and they did not perform the oil change I authorized in addition to other repairs needed. I understand that mechanical failures can happen, but customers deserve competent service, honest communication, and accountability when serious concerns arise. Based

This Company was outstanding! I made a few calls to get some general information. Each time that I called every employee I spoke with was friendly and courteous. I received a quote for the work that needed to be done with photos. I had taken the vehicle to Weirs and they misdionotic the issue... Well??? When they called me to let me know that my vehicle was ready and the total invoice was $200.00 under the estimate. Mountain View Automive in Thornton, CO has earned my business moving forward. Thank you John and your team for a great experience.
